Shipping

Receive Free Canadian standard ground shipping on all orders over $99 CAD. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) following receipt of your order. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping tracking number when your order ships. Orders placed before 12pm EST will usually be shipped same day. We do not currently ship to PO boxes.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability (see below), your delivery address, the day and time your order is received, and circumstances impacting delivery by your selected carrier. Joybees Canada is not responsible for delayed or misdirected shipments.

Product Availability

Although Joybees Canada makes every effort to ship your order within two business days upon receipt of your order, shipping dates may vary based on product availability and time period of delivery (ie. holidays may take longer to ship). If the estimated shipping date changes, Joybees Canada will contact you via phone or email and provide a revised shipping date. Joybees Canada makes every effort to supply you with the products you ordered; however, there may be occasions when Joybees Canada confirms the product is available, then determines the product is in fact not available . In this circumstance, Joybees Canada will contact you and suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not want an alternative product(s), Joybees Canada will cancel the order for product not available and issue a refund back to you.
